Who are Bougie Macaron?

Bougie Macaron & Tea is a unique French influenced catering company who specialise in the production of Parisian Style Macarons. We aim to provide you with the best possible solution to suit your catering needs with the help of our professional and dedicated team. Our director, Jean, has over 20 years experience in the catering industry and is as passionate and enthusiastic about the industry now, if not more so, than when he started out.

 

Our aims?

Bougie Macaron & Tea's initial goal is to introduce delightful Parisian-style Macarons to the increasingly sophisticated palate of Glasgow, Edinburgh, and beyond. These are the delicate, slightly chewy biscuits made from the combination of the finest Almond, egg and organic cane sugar (not to be confused with coconut macaroons). Each Macaron is sandwiched with the most luxuriously sumptuous Ganache using only the highest-quality ingredients. To compliment our wonderful Macarons we also supply an assortment of Speciality Teas.

The magnificent Macaron holds a hugely important place in the hearts of the Parisian and is a central pillar of the daily ritual of Afternoon Thé (tea).
